This is an annual all-inclusive function, open to everyone who embraces the generosity of giving and having one great time doing it. Volunteer participation is broad based and widespread. From the volunteer committee itself, to the donating merchants and businesses, and onto the many artists who contribute their talents, and of course, the great taste treats provided by local restaurants and food service providers...this community rises to the occasion.
