This is an annual all-inclusive function, open to everyone who embraces the generosity of giving and having one great time doing it. Volunteer participation is broad based and widespread. From the volunteer committee itself, to the donating merchants and businesses, and onto the many artists who contribute their talents, and of course, the great taste treats provided by local restaurants and food service providers...this community rises to the occasion.

Want everyone ealize just how important this holiday ball is each year,” said Ball founder Kaye Walker, “the money generated from this event is shared between a handful of local charitable agencies, which are doing so much good for our community.”
Proceeds from the Ball also go toward , Meals-on-Wheels program for the elderly ,Habitat for Humanity and the NSB CAPS scholarship program.
This is the Holiday Charity Ball’s 15th year and Ms. Walker said – this year will be even bigger and better than ever. “We’ve expanded a bit to the outside and we’ve tried to make adjustments so this year should go as smooth as possible.” “That’s truly is the point of the evening, to benefit the Council on Aging and a host of other charities.” Tickets will be available at $50 –
